5-Week Intensive Nutrition group Coaching

The Breakdown: Honour your health. Respect your body. This program focuses on developing mindful eating habits & guides you through trusting your own intuition because it’s you who knows exactly what your body needs. Welcoming more mindfulness, moderation and awareness into your relationship with food is key to achieving balance.
What You Get: 5 weeks of nutrition group coaching focused on intuitive eating — not calorie counting or diet deficits. We’ll break down what foods are best for you (based on your unique physique, goals and age) so you learn how to eat in a way that fuels your body, boosts your overall energy and helps you feel better than you ever have before!
