FITNESS PROGRAMS
Golden 45' is a home-based full-body program I designed for intermediate to advanced exercisers. It’s 8 weeks long, 4 days a week, 45 minutes each time.
The goal is to change the body's composition (tone your body and burn fat) by using little weights and a lot of bodyweight movements.
The details 👇🏼🔥 Minimal equipment and space required.🔥 Exercises can be performed in your home or at the gym.🔥 This 8-week program can be cycled indefinitely.🔥 The program is delivered through my app, where you'll find demonstrative videos of each exercise.🔥 Includes progress tracking and use of the app for nine weeks.
You can expect to be toned, stronger and higher energy by the end of the nine weeks. You will love it!
▻ Required Equipment: Dumbbells, booty + mini bands, ankle weights, a treadmill, or any other cardio machine.

Peachy AF is a home-based dumbbell and bands program designed to strengthen and tone up your core, legs and glutes.
The details 🦵🏼🔥🍑🔥👇🏼 🍑 Minimal equipment and space required. 🍑 This 10-week program can be cycled indefinitely. 🍑 Consists of three 60-minute workouts per week. 🍑 Exercises can be performed in your home or at the gym. 🍑 The program is delivered through my app, where you'll find videos for each exercise. 🍑 Includes progress tracking and use of the app for ten weeks.🍑 Access to my app for ten weeks.
By the end of the ten weeks, you'll notice firmer legs, core and a peachy booty! You will love it!
